Open House Studio sends your chosen listing photos, videos, music, brokerage logos, realtor photos, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and listing details to the service to deliver presentations to paired Apple TVs.

The service stores your account username, a salted password hash, authentication records, and TV pairing records. Authentication tokens are kept in the device Keychain. The server may log request paths, timestamps, and network addresses for operation and troubleshooting. This build includes no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Uploaded listing media and metadata are automatically removed approximately one hour after publication. Account, ownership, and pairing records remain so sign-in and remote clearing continue to work. Local drafts stay on your phone; downloaded presentations remain cached on Apple TV until replaced, cleared, or removed by tvOS. Clearing a listing removes its server copy and tells connected TVs to clear it; offline TVs receive that instruction when they reconnect.

The app accesses only media you select through the system photo and file pickers. Connections to app.openhousestudio.ca use HTTPS.
